4. How long do we keep your data?
PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or until the user requests that it be deleted. Once the commercial relationship has ended, the data will be kept as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Once the liabilities derived from these legal obligations are no longer applicable, the data will be deleted.
The personal data necessary for sending commercial communications, if these have been authorised, shall be kept, provided no request for its deletion is made.
PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES
In case of self-application, the data provided by the candidate shall be kept for 1 year. In case of a job vacancy, the data provided shall be kept for the duration of the selection process. Once the process is finished, the CVs shall be eliminated unless the candidate is hired. Should the candidate not be hired, but CABLES DE COMMUNICACIONES ZARAGOZA S.L. wishes to keep their CV, we will ask for their consent.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IMAGES
The images captured by video surveillance systems will be kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless required by a court or if the images contain infractions, in which case the images shall be blocked and made available to the authorities.
5. Do we create profiles with your data?
With the information provided by the candidates through their CVs, CABLES DE COMMUNICACIONES ZARAGOZA S.L. may make profiles in order to select the best candidate for a given job.
6. To whom do we provide your data?
We shall not carry out data transfers, except for those authorised by tax, commercial and telecommunications legislation, as well as in those cases in which a judicial authority requires us to do so.
CABLES DE COMUNICACIONES ZARAGOZA S.L. may share personal data with external companies that provide services to CABLES DE COMUNICACIONES ZARAGOZA S.L. With all these companies a Confidentiality Agreement is formalised to guarantee the use of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the current regulations on Protection of data. The user has the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification of data that is inaccurate, as well as its deletion when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, you may also request that its processing be limited, in which case it will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims, and you may also request the portability of your data. For reasons related to your particular situation, you may oppose its processing and CABLES DE COMMUNICACIONES ZARAGOZA S.L. will stop treating it, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or to bring or defend against eventual claims.
